Refund Policy

We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges unless there is a damage on the product or a shipping mistake on our behalf. Please contact us at return@hysthetics.com. 

For any order issues we will need photos of the damages or the order mistake in the order to accept the proceed.

If we approve your return, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send the item or package. 

Item(s) that are sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact is immediately if there is any issues with the order.
