We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit. SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Gift cards, custom, items on sale may not be returned for a refund; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped. Exchanges are to be mailed back within 14 days of the original ship date.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with our return mailing address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Once approved, we will email you with a gift card for store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All packages are shipped through USPS. For help finding your lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS and provide them your tracking information which has been emailed to you. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once it has been labeled delivered on tracking.
